Nicki felt it was part of her job as a realtor to understand what we wanted in a new home. She narrowed our search to allow us to focus in on the primary market we wanted, and all along the way adjusted to meet our interests. When we found the home we loved she stood on the sidewalk in front of it and put it under contract with the builder...no time to waste, we wanted "that" house, and she made sure we got it.
